St John’s players acquit themselves well at the MSSA National Team Trials

DSC01104DSC01029DSC01139DSC01120After their triumph at Gauteng Schools: Tamlin Love, Jason Batzofin, Merlin Love, Daniel Stevens & Jesse Stevens all qualified for the MSSA National Team Trials on 3 & 4 May, 2014.

Tamlin & Jason did extremely well in the wargames section, while Merlin, Daniel & Jesse contested the morabaraba section. Results are not announced from the trials, as the purpose is to select a team to represent South Africa, rather than to stage a tournament.

Whether they are selected or not, the St John’s club is extremely proud of our warriors! Well done, chaps!
